TERMS & CONDITIONS

Standard Booking Terms & Conditions
  • Bookings should be confirmed 48 hours prior to the reservation date.
  • Any dietary requirements must be advised to the reservations team at least 48 hours before the booking date. We will do our best to accommodate all requests.
  • A 10% surcharge applies on weekends.
  • A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
  • A 1.5% surcharge applies to all card transactions.
  • Table preferences are noted; however, exact seating locations cannot be guaranteed.
  • Tables will be held for 15 minutes after the reservation time.
  • Time duration applies to all bookings.
  • A 48-hour notice is required for any increase or decrease in guest numbers.
  • A ‘Cakeage’ fee of $2.50 per person applies for outside cakes.
  • Split bills are not available; however, up to 2 split payments can be accommodated.
Cancellation Policy – Standard Bookings ($50 & $100 pre-authorisations)
  • If the booking is cancelled on the same day, a cancellation fee of $50 OR $100, respectively, will apply.
  • If cancelled prior to the booking date, the full pre-authorised amount will be released with no charge.
Set Menu & Group Booking Terms & Conditions (10+ Guests)
  • Menu priced per head.
  • A set menu is compulsory for bookings of 10 or more guests.
  • A beverage package is compulsory for bookings of 20 or more guests.
  • Kids under 3 dine free of charge, and children under 12 dine at half price.
  • A pre-authorisation of $250 is required for bookings of 10–19 guests.
  • A pre-authorisation of $500 is required for bookings of 20 or more guests.
  • Menu pricing is charged per confirmed guest.
  • Time duration applies to all set menu bookings.
  • A 48-hour notice is required for any increase or decrease in guest numbers.
  • Please note that the final number of guests confirmed within this period will be the number charged at the time of dining.
Cancellation Policy – Set Menu & Group Bookings ($250 & $500 pre-authorisations)
    • If cancelled within 7 days of the booking date, a cancellation fee of $10 per person will apply (excluding children under 3 years of age).
    • If cancelled more than 7 days prior to the booking date, a 3% cancellation fee will be applied to the total bill amount.
