Our chefs & our award winning team will work with you & your colleagues to take you through the origins of pizza making. You will understand the different techniques of cooking & get hands-on on creating your own masterpieces while you drink, eat & enjoy the buzzing atmosphere of Criniti’s.

    • $99 per person
    • 2 hour duration
    • Monday to Friday
    • Time slots available on request
    • Available across all Criniti’s locations
    • Min 12 Pax Max 120 pax. ( Min 15 Pax for our Southbank location)
    • Hosted by a Criniti’s Pizza Chef

ON THE DAY, YOU & YOUR COLLEAGUES WILL

    • Enjoy a welcome drink, garlic crust, pizza cake and a gift bag
    • Learn the origins of pizza making & Southern Italian pizza traditions
    • Review the difference in pizza making cooking techniques & explain why wood fire pizza is Criniti’s preferred method
    • Explain the matching of different pizza toppings
    • Demonstrate pizza dough rolling, stretching & spinning
    • Make your very own pizza with your favourite toppings & taste everyone’s creations
    • Work together as a team to complete different challenges, competitions & games

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

    • A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required to make a booking
    • Please ensure your Corporate Pizza Party has been confirmed by our Reservations team prior to making payment
    • To secure your booking for the pizza class, a 25% deposit of the total bill is required at the time of reservation. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
    • Please note that a refund will not be issued for a decrease in numbers
    • Please contact our Reservations team if you wish to increase numbers, as spaces are limited
    • Cancellation within 7 days of the booking date: The deposit (25% of the total bill) is non-refundable.
    • Cancellation between 8 to 14 days of the class: 7% of the total bill will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
    • Cancellation before 14 days of the class: No cancellation charges will apply, and the full deposit will be refunded.
