This evening, apart from your business clearly being the favourite in Church St Parramatta (This is how I choose where to go as patronage says it?s all) I was most impressed by your staffs attention to detail, promptness of services etc. Your staff were confronted with a queue of persons awaiting service and handled it very professionally. In these times ( GFC) I find it unusual these days to see a queue let alone front of house having to contend with such demands. They handled it superbly!

The integration of mobile technology (voice ordering) clearly serves you well and helps your teams deliver prompt and quality food.

"Had My first Criniti's experience last night and must remark how impressed i was in food. Expecting a restaurant of this size to churn out passable Italian fare. But food was really good and great tasting, verging on pigish portions. What i was most impressed with was our waitress. In my 20 years of dining out in all sorts of restaurant including heaps of fine dining. This girl was just the best i have ever come across a true asset to your team, made our night such a pleasure, still talking today with everyone how good she was. I believe her name was Rimka. Could have name wrong, but something similar.Will definately be back and spreading the word."

My wife and I were in Sydney in early December and the food was so good the first time, we went back for a second night. We were then in Sydney last week and ended up dining at your restaurant 3 out of the 4 nights we were in Sydney. I cannot say how fantastic the food is. The staff is also fantastic. I have never seen a restaurant run the way Criniti's is run. The staff greeted us each night with professionalism and enthusiasm remembering us from the first night we dined. "In Sydney over the weekend from Townsville for a girls weekend - what was going to be a quick late lunch at 3pm turned into not leaving until 11pm. We had the most gorgeous waiters.
